Because it’s just marketing — and not used in Japan. We prefer transparency: our matcha is grown and milled in Makinohara, Shizuoka, in small monthly batches. Direct from the farm, no long storage, just peak freshness.
Is your matcha different from supermarket or online brands?
Yes. Most matcha sits in storage for months. Ours is made fresh every month in Shizuoka and shipped directly to Malaysia — no middlemen, no long storage, just freshness.
